Vegetation-examinations of the Fort Hahneberg
Fort Hahneberg was built between 1882 and 1886 as a detached fort of the Fortress Spandau.
The Fort was successfully "taken by storm" for the first time 1990, after the opening of the border.
The National-Monuments-Office placed the Fort on the Heritage List in 1991.
The Fort, which was left alone within the German-German border decade-long, recaptured the nature, and a rich interesting and precious flora and a fauna created.
She not only over the fort, but she destroyed the structure of some parts of buildings.
The started reconstruction and renovation required a harmonization of nature conservation and monument protection.
