Establishment of three centers in Universities

It is goal to set up three scientific consultations-centers:
The Trans-national Documentation and Inventory-Center for Fortresses (TDICF) at the Vytautas Magnus University in Kaunas has the focus on the archiving-services for Baltic-Fortresses.
A transnational discussion-center concentrates the work on the
Reconstruction-technology and on the monument-protection in
Baltic fortresses in Kaunas and one transnational Konsultations and discussion-center concentrates the work on the nature-management in baltic fortresses in Berlin.
In order to avoid big mistakes with the reconstruction and the conservation of baltic fortifications, a knowledge-center is formed from the science with partners.
Are among it, the Kaunas University of technology and the Humbold-University at Berlin.
The Centers shall a lasting result of the INTERREG-Project and a capable partner for the technical and methodical advice and planning in the BFR-Project and for Europe its.

Transnational information system (TIS)

For the first time, a central electronic information system is erected in Europe. It shall contain information about the conservation of fortresses-constructions.
All information be made intently and easily accessible.
Here, an important capital becomes preserved, over the scientific and technical experiences, with the conservation of fortresses-constructions and the nature.

Practical Courses of Students (PCS)

With help of the work of the students, become essential bases for the utilization of nature routes for tourist offers for the Baltic Fort Routes and therefore specify the redevelopment and the conservation of the nature ace basis for touristic events.
